“ The Dog House: A Must-Visit During Bike Week and Biketoberfest The Dog House is a fantastic spot to check out during Bike Week or Biketoberfest. While I've only visited a few times, each experience has been a blast. My most recent visit was during Biketoberfest 2024, where I attended the Micro Madness Wrestling event, which drew a large crowd. Whiskey wells were priced at just $5, an excellent deal compared to other spots on Main Street or in Ormond Beach. The inside bar looks newly remodeled and is spacious enough for bigger events like this one. However, seating for dining is a bit limited, so keep that in mind. For those looking to catch a game, there are multiple TV monitors throughout, and near the back, you'll find six casino-style slot machines--perfect for passing some time (and maybe even winning a little). Parking is a breeze, with plenty of spots for motorcycles both in front and behind the bar, plus a large open yard to the right offering free parking for cars and larger vehicles, which is always a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with our large group. However, one downside during busy events is the difficulty in ordering food. While The Dog House offers a solid menu with a decent variety, finding a spot to sit and eat can be a challenge when the place is packed. There was a BBQ vendor on-site providing meal options, but the line was long, and the service was slow, so I decided not to wait. Despite the food situation, I had a great time enjoying my drink, watching a few rounds of wrestling, and then heading down to Giuseppe's for a meal--where I got a seat and was served in less than 30 minutes. Overall, The Dog House is the perfect place to hang out with friends, grab a drink, catch a live show, or just enjoy the lively atmosphere. If you're in the area during Bike Week 2025, I highly recommend stopping in. “ Came in for lunch with our dogs, not realizing this is more of a bar than a food place. But the bartender who served us was excellent, and the food, with a limited menu, was also very good. Great French fries, juicy burgers, all the condiments were fresh. Will definitely try to come again to experience the bar scene. ”

“ I like it here at the doghouse. They have plenty of parking for a big crowd. The inside part is OK, but the real gem is the back patio. They have a large bar with a pool table undercover. They have plenty of seating as you move back towards the big stage. This place can be hit or miss as far as crowds go, and it has been dead when there is no event going on. We attended Sunday 2/27 and it was packed with a good band playing starting at 4 PM. They also have bike nights on Wednesdays with entertainment starting at 6 PM. It will be very busy during bike week of course. ”
